Our Dairy Farmers are firm believers in ‘Healthy Cows’ producing ‘Healthy Milk.’ Therefore, outstanding animal husbandry is essential to ensure the best quality products and happy, healthy cows. This is whole-heartedly reflected in the way our dairy farmers raise and care for their animals. Most pasture-based, dairy farmers milk their herds twice every day, seven days a week for 10 months of the year, observing everything from subtle changes in animal behavior to specific physical symptoms. Our dairy farmers know the condition of each cow and are able to take early steps to address any problems that may arise.

Our Dairy Products are fully accredited with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and as such are proud to display this logo on our product. HACCP is a risk management methodology used by food industries for the control of food safety hazards to extremely stringent standards. The HACCP principles have been adopted all over the world, particularly in the USA, Europe, The Far East and Australasia. Increasingly, HACCP is becoming an important feature in the import/export process. It is recognised by all countries as the best method of food risk management.
